RogerAI is a two-way radio for GPUs. People with spare GPUs go on air and share their self-hosted language models; you tune in and pay only for the tokens you use — every request backed by a co-signed lineage receipt.
Prepaid credits, billed per million tokens. Owners set their price — even free or time-of-use windows. Your price is locked for 24h so it can't jump mid-use.
Every request produces a hash-chained receipt signed by the provider and counter-signed by the broker — verifiable provenance for what served you.
The broker is content-blind and your identity is pseudonymized to providers. A confidential (TEE-attested) tier is on the roadmap for sensitive work. Text-only.
